We’re Christina and Victor — a Brooklyn-based husband and wife duo combining over a decade of New York City culinary experience with a refined eye for design to create catering and grazing experiences tailored to your vision.

With 10+ years of culinary experience from Narcissa (line cook), Momofuku Ssam Bar (jr. sous chef), and Family Meal at Blue Hill (sous chef), Victor crafts menus rooted in seasonality and thoughtful execution.
Christina brings marketing experience from brands like Macy’s, Paperless Post, Codecademy, and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, designing each table to feel unique to every event.
Together, we create fully custom experiences, ensuring that no two celebrations are the same.

For most of our 14+ years together, we’ve had mismatched schedules, leaving us with one day each week to truly spend time together. Most recently, we have been lucky to have Saturday as that day. It is a day that we have come to deeply look forward to. It’s when we slow down, gather with family and friends, and cherish our quality time together.
Saturday Graze is inspired by that feeling. We hope to create experiences for you that feel just as special and worth savoring.
